Hi, How are you trying to run the installation? Do you install the beta version?

You must have the extracted version of the Office 2010. It will not work like this. You should run the installation from the downloaded file. The files are first extracted into a Temp folder in your profile.
Create custom configurations of Office 2010 Blog, Config Manager. By Simon Skinner on July 26th. Copy all the language packs and additional Office products that you want to deploy to the same network installation point. Configure a silent installation of Office 2010 by using Config.xml. I have created a network installation point for Office 2010 ProPlus that contains two language packs — en-us, and cs-cz (Czech). I've also created an Office Customization File. In my environment the OS language is English, however the locale is set to Czech.
If you extract the files using 7-Zip or Universal Extractor, the files are extracted in the root of the specified folder. You will face this issue when running the setup from there.

If you want to run the setup from the extracted files, then do ensure that the folder structure is retained. Without the folder structure, you will continue to face this issue. Sincerely, Harry.
